Good Friday

“My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me” (Matt. 26:39).In the Garden of Gethsemane Jesus asked God to let him have a pass on dying for our sins. After prayer, He accepted his fate with these words, “Thy will be done”. As I explained this to my daughter today, I experienced the weight of his anxiety and his final acceptance to His Father’s will. I don’t know if I could have done it, thank God He did!
